Data we process

Account data (email, name), billing data (CPF/CNPJ, payment status), the financial data you enter (accounts, transactions, categories), AI chat history, and technical/security data (IP, timestamps).

Why

To provide the service (contract), for the AI assistant (your explicit consent), for security (legitimate interest) and to meet legal/tax obligations.

Sub-processors

Asaas (payments), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI assistant — an aggregated snapshot plus your question), and our hosting provider.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability (export) and consent withdrawal. You can export or delete your data from your account, or contact us.

Retention & security

We keep data while your account exists; after deletion it is removed/anonymized (except tax-required records). Passwords are hashed; secrets are kept out of source control; access uses HTTPS.
